So, it's been a while, and I really don't have much to write about. Well actually, maybe a couple of things. I'd write something about my class playing house league soccer and making it into the finals for Gr. 8s, but I'm just guessing you wouldn't be very interested. Maybe when we win the finals, I'll write it down XD
We've had our switchover from FS (Family Studies, Cooking) to DT (Design & Technology, Metal shop), and personally, I just don't like Metal shop -.- I had wood shop last year, and it was pretty ok since you got to make key chains and stuff out of plastic. In my school, there's 2 DT teachers, one which is that very-knowledgeable-tons-of-years-of-experience teacher who's more serious than fun, and the not-so-knowledgeable-teacher who likes to let you have more fun and less about the theories and such. I attempted (I say attempted because my key chain didn't come out so well.) to make some crimson coloured diamond, and I'm quite ashamed of it o.o Since I got the more serious teacher last year, he made us do some extremely large project that took like, half of the DT term! And even then, my group and I never finished. It annoys me because everyone who had the not-so-serious teacher for wood shop always had WAYYYY more fun, and they got to make some really cool stuff, like a BIRDHOUSE and CATAPULT! Anyways, I finally get him for metal, which is supposedly wayyyy more boring than wood shop, so I hope we have a bit more fun.
I went to watch the movie "Push" with some friends, and I have some things to say about it. I apoligize in advance for all the Push-lovers out there. SNIFFERS?! WHAT KINDA NAME IS A SNIFFER?! I mean, the name's quite lame already, but the ability is even worse. They SNIFF things. I mean SERIOUSLY, SNIFFING THINGS?! Ughhh. Also, the random "Screamers". They look SO RETARDED. I can't believe they get paid to scream into the camra o.o Easiest job on the set. Sorry again, I just HAD to express myself XD
Anyways, this is pretty much it, so until then!

Ski Trip
Yeah, it's the only thing I can think of right now o.o Well, I SHOULD be doing some random math homework, but I'm quite brain-dead at the moment, so I thought writing in my blog would help (Hopefully it does).
So as you know, or so I hope you do, this post is about my ski trip last week. I seriously wanna go again, cause it was AWESOME! First of all, even though anyone could go, about 1/4 of the school didn't go, so less people to crash into (Yes, I did wipe out). At that certain ski resort, they graded you by stickers, yellow, blue and red. Yellow meant you weren't that great at skiing and needed practise. Blue was for people who had taken a turning test and it allowed them to go on most hills. Red was for extremely skilled skiers/ snowboarders and that let them go down any hill.
I signed up as intermediate, which means I get tested then get to go ride most of the hills, but I wanted to go take classes, since I have a bad memory and can't quite remember how to o.o So it was quite easy, and I happened to be one of the top in my class, since it all came back quite fast o.o Our instructor took me and another girl in my class to go ride with her, since she thought we were good enough to skip the test (required for a blue sticker). It was fairly easy, since you only had to go behind the instructor. I got my blue earlier than most beginners, so I had extra time to ride down most hills. After about an hour, I went in for lunch.
Luckily, I met up with some friends inside the cafeteria, so we decided to go together after we were all done eating (It's pretty hard finding your friends after you lose them somewhere o.o). We went most of the courses, except for the Black Diamond and Double Black Diamond ones, since you needed a red sticker and you'd wipe out in about, oh, I dunno, 5 seconds? We kinda split up after, since some other friends needed to know how to turn, so I had to help. It took quite a while since they were always thinking they were going to fall, and never wanted to go down the harder hills. What also annoyed me was that they didn't know how to STOP, which is an essential if you're gonna go down harder hills. So, them being inexperienced and not confident, kept skiing right into me, which is why I wipe out to much -.-
Skipping on ahead, I met with my friends from before and we kinda snuck onto this one course called Bomber, which scared the crap (mind my language) outta me, since it was pretty much an extremely steep hill all the way down. I survived, though my other friends kinda crashed into each other o.o
Another highlight of the day was watching other people ski. Of course, it's not nice that me and my friends are teasing other people who can't quite ski properly, but why should they be skiing down such hard courses if they know they're gonna wipe out? So while I was riding up the lift with some friends, this one girl in my class (I dunno how she got her blue sticker o.o) is accelerating extremely fast, and doesn't turn to slow herself down. At the bottom of the hill are a bunch of snowboarders from another school. Now, they don't realize that she's screaming to move out of the way. Well, I think you know what comes next: She runs right into them, knocking all of them over like bowling pins. I just couldn't stop laughing! It was SO funny! If only you were there to see it...
Anyways, the rest isn't really worth mentioning, so I'll just put a stop at it here. That's pretty much it, so until next time!

What to Write...
First of all, to answer a friend's question with a question, Yes, why haven't I updated in a while? Maybe cause of the mass amounts of homework? Maybe because I've been getting ready for ski day? Maybe since I've been reading too much manga/fanfics? I dunno, you tell me after you read this.
So first of all, it's back to the same old routine: Get home from school, do homework til 12. And they say life after school is more tedious than school itself. If so, I dunno how I'm gonna get through life o.o There have been some highlights at school though, so I guess it can't be that bad. We were supposed to have grad photos a week or 2 ago, but since we share the same building with a high school, we had no room to take photos since they were all doing exams. So, everyone was walking around in a white shirt with a tie or a blouse o.o I suppose the photos will be delayed until the exams are over, which I think is sometime this week.
Also, our ski trip is coming up this Tuesday, and sadly there's only one choice: skiing. Our school apparently has never let anyone go snowboarding, so I guess that's just too bad. Last year's ski trip was alright; pretty fun, but some kid ran their skis right into my leg since he couldn't stop o.o I hope that doesn't happen again. I'm signing myself up as beginner again, since I don't really go skiing and don't quite remember how to o.o
On another note, swimming is now officially over, and sadly it happened so soon. Also, we don't get the class-swimming-competition like we did last year, so that just sucks. My class has just finished the beep and fitness test, and it wasn't so nice. I was sick through both of them, so my results weren't that great, though I'm quite proud with my beep test score; normally I'd get a 9.6, but this time around I got a 9.4, which isn't that bad seeing as I'm sick o.o
Over this past month or so, some friends introduced me to fanfics, which I'm pretty sure some of you already know. In any case, I've become an addict and reading whenever I have time. It kinda annoys me that I always get stuck doing homework and not reading fanfics. So, even as I'm writing this, I'm reading fanfics at the same time XD
So now, you be the judge and tell me, why haven't I posted in a while? Anyways, that's all for now, so until then!
